    The TX5304 is a CMOS static RAM organized as 131,072 x 16-bit words. The device is packaged in a proprietary 50-pin ceramic PGA package employing the 5 x 10 pin footprint with a pitch of 0.1 inch. Powered by a single +5 V supply, the unit offers low standby power dissipation and is suitable for battery backup systems. Three optional access times are available; output lines are tri-state; power consumption can be minimized through use of the data retention mode.     The TX424 is a complete, low-power, 4 channel, 24 bit analog to digital converter in a single 40 pin package. It is a compact, state-of-the-art implementation, which uses two dual 24 bit modulators and a quad FIR filter from Cirrus semiconductor. The device also contains four low-noise, programmable gain, discrete amplifiers and a precision voltage reference.     The TX5350 is a complete, low-power data acquisition system in a single package. Major internal components are a powerful 16-bit DSP with two 10-bit analog-to-digital converters each with an 8-channel single-ended multiplexer (only 8 channels are available in the 40 pin package), a stable, internal 2,500 volt reference, three 10-bit digital-to-analog converters, an internal temperature sensor and sixteen independent digital pins that can be user programmed to any I/O pin of the DSP.
